All orders are based on availability. We will let you know if we are unable to assign a Notary within 1-2 hours. You will not be charged unless a Notary is assigned. In some cases, a counteroffer for service may apply (typically in rural areas). If this occurs, you will be contacted to approve the counteroffer before assigning the Notary.

Certain Documents such as Powers of Attorney, Wills, and Trusts require witnesses as well as a Notary. The witnesses CANNOT be anyone who is: (a) under the age of 18 (b) related to you by blood, adoption, or marriage (c) entitled to any part of your estate (d) appointed as your agent (e) involved in providing your health care at the time this form is signed. 

Impartial witnesses are available for $50 each if needed.
