Service Description
If you are an insurance adjuster needing photos for a claim or thinking about purchasing a property that you would like to see before you buy, we can come out and take exterior and interior photos and videos if needed. We can text/email them to you or upload to your site/app. If the property is occupied, occupant contact information is required out of respect to the current and for our safety. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation Policy
For mobile service: If a trip is made and the signer is not able to sign (has expired ID, is not coherent, document is already notarized, etc.) a trip fee will be charged. Trip fee varies upon location (starting at $20). For online service: If a session is created and the signer is unable to sign (has expired ID, is not coherent, is unable to pass ID verification, etc.) a $10 fee will be charged for the ID credits purchased by the notary to create the session.
